Huawei is the world´s largest manufacturer of telecom equipment, serving 46 of the top 50 operators in the world.  During my almost 4 ½ years working for them, I was part of a Latin American team of specialized project managers that handled all implementation projects.  My duties and responsibilities grew with the different projects managed and the results we provided.  Main Clients included Nextel do Brazil, NII (interfacing with USA), Nextel de Chile and Nextel de Argentina, Personal Cellular and Movistar, (Argentina), OI, Claro and TIM (Brazil).  Main Responsibilities included:

Medium sized electrical contractor migrated to becoming one of the most prolific site construction companies in the NY/NJ/CT TRI-STATE region.  I was hired to manage their new Bechtel Implementation contract.  After completion we migrated into doing Antenna and MW installations, DAS installations, energy system upgrades, hardware and software migration projects, equipment SWAP projects.

Bechtel and its subsidiaries are one of the foremost EPC companies in the world.  I was hired as part of their nationwide ATTWS Project.  I was placed in a complicated zoning and environmental market (Minneapolis, MN) and after showing excellent results at the end of 2000, I was moved to become part of LA market team where I managed the construction of the sites from Santa Monica all the way to the end of Orange County.  Sites included:  Gahr High School camouflage site, Beverly Center Multi-Carrier site, Calabasas High School, Boeing Parking Structure at Long Beach, Long Beach Marina Restaurant camouflaged site, Huntington Beach pier site, Hollywood Tenant Improvement apartment site, CSU at Northridge Rooftop site
